Raising a concern about published content.

Contact RELEC if you reasonably believe content:

• Copies or distributes protected work without permission.
• Uses your photograph, likeness, or recording without permission.
• Reveals private, identifying, or dangerously sensitive information.
• Falsely impersonates you or misrepresents your identity.
• Creates an urgent safety concern.
• Makes a serious potentially unlawful accusation about you.

• Your name and reliable contact details.
• The exact RELEC Media URL.
• A clear description of the content concerned.
• Your relationship to the content, person, or protected work.
• Why you believe restriction or removal is appropriate.
• Supporting records or evidence where appropriate and lawful.
• A good-faith declaration that the information you provide is accurate to the best of your knowledge.

Avoid sending unnecessary identity documents or unrelated private information. RELEC may request proportionate additional information to understand ownership, identity, consent, or urgency.

RELEC may preserve the request, restrict content while reviewing it, seek information from the contributor, correct context, remove the material, or decide that no action is warranted. Safety and legal risk may be prioritised over ordinary response order.
