Terms of Use
Using RELEC Media responsibly.
These terms describe the basic rules for using RELEC Media, creating an account, publishing community content, and participating in public conversations.

Acceptance and eligibility
By creating an account or using authenticated community features, you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Community Guidelines. You must be legally able to use the service and provide accurate account information. A parent or guardian should supervise anyone who cannot legally consent on their own.
Your account
You are responsible for access to your account, activity performed through it, and keeping your sign-in method secure. Do not impersonate another person, create accounts to evade restrictions, or allow others to misuse your account.
Content you submit
You retain ownership of your original stories, comments, replies, profile material, and future opinion submissions. You must have the rights and permissions needed to share them.
By submitting content, you give RELEC a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, screen, edit for safe presentation, format, display, distribute, and promote that content as reasonably needed to operate RELEC Media. This licence does not transfer your ownership to RELEC.
Choosing anonymous public credit hides your account identity from the public presentation; it does not remove RELEC's private ownership record or responsibility for the submission.
Prohibited conduct
- Illegal content, threats, harassment, exploitation, or abuse.
- False or unsupported serious accusations against identifiable people.
- Doxxing, privacy violations, or misuse of personal information.
- Copyright infringement, impersonation, scams, or spam.
- Manipulated engagement, automated abuse, security interference, or attempts to bypass platform restrictions.
Editorial decisions and moderation
RELEC may screen, hold, request changes to, decline, restrict, remove, or preserve content according to editorial, safety, legal, and operational needs. Accounts may receive warnings or be restricted, suspended, or permanently limited when necessary.
Community content represents its contributor unless stated otherwise and does not necessarily represent RELEC. Publication is not a promise that every factual statement has been independently verified.
Privacy and intellectual property
Do not submit private information or third-party material you are not entitled to share. Our data practices are described in the Privacy Policy. Concerns about protected work, image rights, impersonation, or private information can follow the Copyright and Content Takedown guidance.
Availability and changes
RELEC Media is an evolving service. Features may change, pause, or end, and uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed. To the reasonable extent permitted by applicable law, RELEC is not responsible for indirect losses caused by service interruption, user content, or use of the platform. Nothing here excludes rights or responsibilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
